We have visited John and Helen's beautiful villa twice now, in 2007 and 2009 and are already planning our next trip.
Villa is beautiful and perfectly situated close enough to Disney and all local attractions and amenities but is far enough away from the crowds in a quiet, pretty residential location which is perfect for the tranquility after a busy day in hectic downtown Disney.
The villa is very attractive and well maintained, spotless and has all home comforts and more. Pool area great and having the pool heat option great for our disabled son who is wheelchair dependent. Hoist into pool also a godsend as could not manage without it. We have had 2 wonderful holidays and would not consider going anywhere else. We highly recommend staying at Helen and John's villa on the Highlands Reserve. "

John & Helen, What a fabulous holiday we had, the whole experience of Florida was excellent with so much to see and do cant wait to go back. What also made the holiday brillant was the villa great central location and very use to find, the villa had everything we needed and with a total of 12 people it was spacious enough to have your own space, the amenties like pool, spa, whirpool in the master bathroom, games console and pool table were excellent and very homely, adults and kids alike had a great time

Thanks John and Helen, after visiting Davenport for the first time in the summer of 2009, we had another great time in Florida this year (2010).
The villa is very spacious, so our family (9 persons) could stay with ease, giving enough room for everyone.
After being out all day, it was nice to have a sundowner in the lanai, having a dip it the pool or relax in the spa.
For our son who is wheelchair dependent, the pool hoist is just great to access the pool or spa, so are the wheel in shower and the tiled floor in the living.
The villa is clean and is well equipped, will a good kitchen, TV’s in all the rooms, even a pool table, game console and PC with internet access are available.
Being very close to a supermarket and connecting roads like US-27, I-4, US-192, makes airport and themeparks easy to reach.
We hope to come again soon, to have another great time in Florida .
