The villa holds 12 people in 6 bedrooms comfortably, 3 twin 2 queen and King size in Master

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

The villa is only 10 - 15 minutes from Walt Disney World, Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes.

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you 2-3 weeks before arrival.

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

The villa is well equipped with a cot and high chair.

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to May. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees).

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.

Completing the on-line booking form is the most convenient way but you can also email/phone or write if you prefer.
