Welcome to Villa Ponderosa our beautiful home set in the Highland Reserve golfing community in Orlando, Florida.
Our villa comprises 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The large family living area is ideal for guests who enjoy relaxing together and is very accessible.
The dining room consists of a dining table and six chairs, it is ideal for the whole family. The breakfast nook opens out onto the pool through patio doors, perfect for alfresco dining and has a table and four chairs. Our fully equipped kitchen provides day to day living essentials, a microwave and dishwasher are amongst the appliances to help make your holiday a pleasurable experience
The pool boasts a large covered lanai perfect for relaxing evening barbeques. The master bedroom enjoys a large Ensuite comprising corner bath, wheel in shower area, shower chair/commode, toilet and sink. Should it be required, a large washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your convenience.
Our friendly and professional management company, Acacia Holiday Homes, offer a 24 hour maintenance service if required.
